Hello Liz,

If possible I prefer to spend less than $6,000.00 on a diamond engagement ring. I’d like a diamond with the following characteristics:

* Doesn’t look yellow to naked eye
* Don’t have inclusions visible to the naked eye
* Between 1.10 and 1.20 carats
